To ensure safe and standard delivery, we trust Thailand Post, a reliable national carrier with international shipping standards.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to various countries worldwide. If your destination country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service at naturalexcellenceglobal@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +66 98 088 8758.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All our shipments via Thailand Post include tracking services. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Express Delivery: Approximately 3 – 7 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 7 – 14 business days.
  • Economy Delivery: Approximately 10 – 21 business days.

Note: The delivery times mentioned above are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance processes in each country or during peak holiday seasons.

3. Handling Time

  • Orders will be processed and handed over to Thailand Post within 1 – 3 business days after full and verified payment is received.
  • We ship packages from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Thailand.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country, in accordance with Thailand Post’s standard rates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number.

You can track your order directly on the Thailand Post Track & Trace website or via your local country’s postal service website once the package arrives in your destination country.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional customs clearance fees that may apply in the destination country.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot undervalue packages or mark items as "gifts" to avoid taxes, as doing so violates international laws.

7. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Thailand for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • No recipient available at the address, or the package was unclaimed within the local post office's holding period.

Policy: The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the package. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
